The decor of the villa was absolutely charming! It felt like stepping back in time to a more elegant era. The common areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior guests. The beautiful gardens and comfortable sitting areas provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

I would have appreciated a larger sign indicating the entrance to the villa. It took a bit of searching to find the correct gate, especially for senior guests who may require clear directions.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Il Padule. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short drive away from Florence. The villa itself is stunning, with its original furnishings and charming details. Our apartment was clean and filled with old-world charm, featuring wooden floors and chandeliers. The hosts, Massimo and Gaia, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we also enjoyed dining in Gaia's restaurant in the garden. The pool and grounds of the property are absolutely gorgeous, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we had an amazing experience at Villa Il Padule.

The rooms at Villa Il Padule have amazing amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen and premium bedding, making it feel like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtubs a bit uncomfortable, but others may enjoy them.

Although our apartment was charming, we found it lacking in some amenities. It would have been convenient to have small tables next to the couches for our drinks and a tea kettle for easier boiling of water.

I keep coming back because this place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, AC, flat-screen TV, restaurant. The staff even helped me with travel tips. Plus, the picnic area, pool, and tennis court are great! Can't wait for my next weekend getaway!
